Using ServiceBay PH

ServiceBay PH connects customers with independent service professionals across serviced cities in Metro Manila, including Makati, BGC / Taguig, Quezon City, Pasig, and Manila.

By registering an account or placing a service request on the platform, you agree to comply with these terms, provide accurate account details, and follow applicable local guidelines.

Bookings and payments

When scheduling a home service, a valid payment method (such as GCash, Maya, or card) is saved at booking.

Payment is authorized and charged only after the assigned technician completes the service.
A cash settlement option directly to the professional upon completion is available for selected services.
Standard catalog pricing is displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) prior to appointment confirmation.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Customers and service pros may reschedule or cancel appointments directly within the booking details interface before the technician is in transit.

Both parties are expected to manage schedule changes promptly to allow fair scheduling availability across service routes.

Pros and customers responsibilities

Customer obligations:

Ensure safe and clear access to the premises, units, or work areas, secure any building gate passes or condo entry clearances, and verify completed service items.

Professional obligations:

Perform services diligently using proper trade equipment, arrive during the scheduled appointment window, and maintain professional conduct on site.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent service requests, provide falsified credentials, or engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other community members.

ServiceBay PH reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity.
