The technician arrived promptly on schedule, cleaned both split units thoroughly, and left no mess in the living room. Pressure washing setup had proper water catchment sheets so our walls remained completely dry. Booking was smooth and transparent.

Salamat po Andrea! Glad the dual split-unit deep clean met your expectations. Remember to rinse the dust filters every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain optimal airflow.

Had an urgent leak in our living room split-type AC. Mark diagnosed the drain line issue promptly and cleared out the hardened slime blockage. Tested the drip tray with dyed water to ensure the slope was discharging properly before leaving. Highly recommended.

Thank you Paolo. Drain line flushes are essential especially during peak humidity months in QC. Reach out anytime if the condensate line ever needs another check.

Appreciate the feedback, Liza! Always mindful of condo quiet hour regulations in BGC. The evaporator coils are now fully deodorized and operating at peak thermal efficiency.
Good technician, verified the pressure gauge readings and explained the cooling levels before filling up the refrigerant. Arrived slightly past the target window due to Pasig traffic, but communicated ahead of time.

Thank you for understanding Jun! Heavy Ortigas Ave traffic delayed the route, but glad the R410A pressure test resolved the cooling issue immediately.
